Welcome to Beech Creek Assembly of God online!
*** Exciting News ***
We will be starting a Christian School in August.
It is truly amazing how everything has fallen into place regarding our Christian school. We see the Lord's hand orchestrating this process and we know He is faithful to meet every need.
Our # 1 goal will be to help students learn to stand for God.
Our 2nd goal will be to help each student achieve academic excellence so that they will accomplish great things for God and their lives will bring Him glory.
Beech Creek A/G welcomes Bro. Kerry & Sis. Aimee Sampson & Josh.
Bro. & Sis. Sampson will serve as Children's Pastors and Bro Sampson will serve as the Administrator of the Chirstian School. We are excited about the Sampson family joining our staff and know they will be a great blessing to our church and especially the children.
Congratulations Bro. Winfred Tucker, 2009 Father of the Year!
Bro. Winfred & Sis. Lois Tucker were the Father of the Year and the Mother of the Year for 2009. It was a site to see their beautiful family all together Sunday morning. We are so very thankful for this family; they are truly a great blessing to Beech Creek A/G.
Youngest father: Nick Herridge
Oldest father: James Cain
Father who has served the Lord the longest: Charles Tucker
We consider Beech Creek Assembly of God to be an old time, conservative, Pentecostal church. The Bible says to seek for the old paths; we believe that His anointing and presence abide with those that count the cost, take up the cross, and follow Him.
Our new building is a work in progress. We are thankful for all those who have given and are giving toward the project. We have had a complete new septic system installed for both the old and new buildings. The foundation for the new building has been poured. We will purchase our new building as soon as we have the funds.
We have already had more baptized this year than in the last 11 years combined. Praise the Lord! Water baptism is an important step in our Christian experience. Jesus was baptised in water and He commanded us to be as we make a commitment to serve Him. It is a symbolic act to show others that we have buried the "old man (or lady) " and that a "new man (or lady) in Christ" is alive.
We are supporting more missionaries than ever before. Our new missions board is up, please stop by and take a look at it and see all the missionaries we are supporting.
We are also supporting a new church work in Northeast Texas.
